Ravi Parmeswar is a seasoned Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) executive with over two decades of experience driving growth through business analytics, marketing research, and innovation. Throughout his career, Ravi has held global leadership roles at iconic companies such as Johnson & Johnson (VP), Citi (Managing Director), Blackrock (Sr. Advisor), Sara Lee (VP), Coca-Cola (VP), and Campbell Soup. Currently he is the founder & CEO of Kastu Analytics.

Ravi served as the Vice President of Consumer Business Intelligence at Johnson & Johnson, Ravi led the transformation of the company's $14B consumer business through superior analytics, insights, strategies, and execution. Under his leadership, he has built a "world-class" Data Science and Analytics operation, driving precision marketing, CRM, revenue growth management (RGM), e-commerce, and digital analytics.

His expertise extends across various domains, including customer experience, brand positioning, marketplace intelligence, and strategic planning. Notably, during his tenure at Citibank, he played a pivotal role in managing the bank's global customer franchise, consumer experience, and analytics, safeguarding revenues of $38B in a challenging environment.

At Coca-Cola, Ravi spearheaded global marketing analytics efforts, launching initiatives that resulted in double-digit growth and the successful introduction of Coke Zero, one of the most successful new products in the company's history.

Ravi is recognized for his exceptional leadership, coaching high-performance teams, implementing breakthrough technologies, and achieving significant financial results. He has been a keynote speaker at industry conferences and has been nominated to prestigious lists such as "The World's Leading Enterprise Data Leaders" by Chief Data Officer Magazine and "Twenty-Five Visionaries" by Consumer Goods Technology.
